Our Process

Ercolini can find qualified help for nearly any domestic employment need. Our job counselors understand how to identify and place the most qualified and capable person to fit your requirements.

Here's how it works:

  • Tell us your requirements. Complete the online registration form or contact our Call Center to place a job order. This initial information will indicate the type of position you wish to fill, the qualifications you expect and the compensation you expect to pay.
  • We identify the best prospects. Ercolini first completes a confidential work order describing your specific needs. Next, we’ll compare your requirements with the experience and interests of our applicants to find a compatible match.
  • Select your employee. We will send you resumes of qualified candidates who have already undergone our extensive screening process. We will also coordinate interviews with the candidates.
  • Investigation. All the candidates have been investigated by us. If you have selected an employee and he or she has accepted the position, we can be sure all is fine.

When a candidate from us arrives at your door, you can be assured this individual is highly credentialed in domestic experience and has been carefully screened. You can also be confident that the candidate is a legal resident of the EU. Ercolini’s staff is exclusively trained in immigration law, specifically in the identification of legitimate paperwork and credentials. We are also specialised in fine italian and French candidates.

To recruit applicants Ercolini strategically places advertisements and reviews referrals endorsed by other clients and applicants. After completing a thorough questionnaire, each applicant is interviewed by one of our job counselors.

We require the following from each applicant to Ercolini:

  • Proof of citizenship or evidence that the candidate may legally work in the European Union , or United States or United Arab Emirates. We will not place illegal residents.
  • References in the domestic field. We verify each reference by telephone, then request written confirmation from that reference. If an applicant receives a negative or unfavorable reference, we will share it with you.
  • At least two years of recent domestic experience for a live-out position or one year of experience for a live-in position.
  • Fluency in English or in the customer’s language.
  • A background investigation. An independent firm runs a check as well as a criminal background check on every applicant who accepts a position.
